Orient sign Watford's Baxter

Leyton Orient have signed goalkeeper Nathan Baxter from Watford

The 27-year-old has joined on a free transfer, although sell-on and promotion payments are part of the deal. 

Baxter has put pen to paper on a two-year contract. 

Aberdeen's Milanovic close to return to Australia

Rashford focused on England - not club future

Marcus Rashford says his focus is on England and not his club future. 

Rashford spent last season on loan at Barcelona but is now set to return to Manchester United after the Spanish giants opted not to make his move permanent, instead bringing in Anthony Gordon. 

Speaking on England duty, Rashford said: "I live in the moment. I was very clear with everyone involved before the World Cup, I wanted it done before, if its not then I wont be dealing with it until after. 

"I want to be fully present in this moment. Were fighting for something so special, I dont have energy to be putting into that."

Celtic agree deal with Oxlade-Chamberlain

Celtic have agreed a one-year deal for midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

The 32-year-old spent the second half of last season at the club, with a mutual option to extend if both parties were happy. 

Oxlade-Chamberlain is said to have enjoyed his spell in Glasgow, where he helped to guide Celtic to a dramatic domestic double - scoring winners against Livingston and St Mirren. 

Hoops boss Martin ONeill wanted to keep hold of the England international and has convinced him to commit to the club for another season. 

Its understood Oxlade-Chamberlain had a number of options from clubs across Europe. 

Leao's Milan future uncertain

AC Milan will discuss Rafa Leao's future after the World Cup, according to Sky in Italy

It is uncertain if Leao will continue with Milan after a difficult season in which he has struggled with injury and being played out of position. 

Milan value the 27-year-old, who has two years left on his deal and been linked with a move to the Premier League, between 51.4m and 60m. 

Leao has rediscovered his form back on the left wing for Portugal at the World Cup and set up the winning goal against Croatia which sent them through to the last 16.

In stoppage-time, he set up his new Milan team-mate, Goncalo Ramos, who signed for the Italian side in a club-record 60m deal earlier this summer. 

Fikayo Tomori, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Pervis Estupinan and Santiago Gimenez are among the other Milan players whose futures are uncertain. 

Chelsea agree deal to sign Hearts youngster Osborne

Chelsea have agreed a deal worth 400,000 to sign Hearts centre-back Alfie Osborne.

Its understood the Scotland U19 international has agreed a long-term contract with the Premier League club. 

Osborne, 17, has chosen Chelsea ahead of offers from Barcelona, Marseille, Club Brugge and other English sides. 

Fiorentina bid for Burnley's Koleosho

Fiorentina have made a bid of around 9m (11m) for Burnleys Luca Koleosho, according to Sky in Italy

The winger has been Fiorentinas top target for the position all summer.

Koleosho spent last season on loan at Paris FC and has three years to run on his deal at Burnley. 

Chelsea Women sign Japan attacker Matsukubo

Chelsea Women have signed Japan attacker Manaka Matsukubo.

The 21-year-old joins from North Carolina Courage on a five-year deal.

Matsukubo has 19 caps for Japan and was named NWSL Midfielder of the Year last season.

Postecoglou to coach Ronaldo have being named Al Nasssr boss

Ange Postecoglou has been named as the new Al Nassr boss in the Saudi Pro League, where he will coach Cristiano Ronaldo. 

Al Nassr won the Saudi Pro League last season - the first since Ronaldo's high-profile move to the club in 2023. 

Head coach Jorge Jesus led the team to the title but had only been on a one-year contract. Current Portugal boss Roberto Martinez, who is currently coaching Ronaldo at the World Cup, had been linked with the role.

This will be Postecoglou's first return to management since being sacked by Nottingham Forest in October - after just 39 days in charge. 

Postecoglou had won the Europa League with Spurs in May 2025 before being sacked the following month. He also previously won a treble at Celtic, during a two-season stint which delivered five trophies.

Ake fee revealed ahead of Fenerbahce move

Fenerbahce have agreed an 8.5m deal to sign Nathan Ake from Manchester City.

It is understood the deal is worth an initial 7m, with 1.5m in add-ons.

Man City say the transfer is not yet fully complete despite Fenerbahces public statement; however, it is expected to be officially confirmed.
